At Smokin' Scents, we want to make sure that you have the best shopping experience possible. To make this happen, we've provided the following information for you.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, check and Money orders. Please read at the botton of this page for details.

Shipping Information

Most orders take 2-3 weeks to process completely. Your order should safely arrive between the second and third week after purchase. Please contact us immediately if you experience delay. We begin processing orders when a payment is made and cleared. Custom glass and wholesale orders can take 4-6 weeks.

We do not guarantee delivery time due to factors beyond our control.

At Smokin's Scents, we offer a 30-day exchange or money-back guarantee on all unused items, excluding postage. Damaged items and returns in general must be sent in its original packaging with a packing slip.

General and Custom-Made Pipes:

You must be 18 or older to order. Delivery confimation requires an adult signature. Please allow 4-6 weeks delivery time for custom orders. There is a 10% restocking free on custom glass. However, exchanges can be made for the full value of your original purchase.

We estimate about 4 weeks from order date for you to receive custom orders. Delivery time can be longer during times of heavy volume and for especially large or detailed orders. Feel free to contact us if you have questions.We take time and care when preparing and shipping out your glass, so please allow us the appropriate timeframe to successfully deliver your product.

Body Jewelry:

Sorry, no returns on body jewelry.

Gift Ordering and Shipping

You may order items as gifts and we will include a card and ship the package to an address different than yours upon request. This is a free service.

Items under categories "Candleholders", "Scented Candles", "Home Decor", "Sculptures" and occasionally some others are sent directly from the manufacturer and may promptly arrive seperately if you have purchased other products. We strive to save money on storing, shipping and handling of these products so we pass along the savings to you.

Special Shipping Fees

Most orders are sent via UPS ground, which is $9.25. We will add a $2.50 adult signature fee to any orders containing glass pipes. You can also request COD and rush delivery if you like, each of these are $25 in addition to regular shipping.

You may choose your shipping options at checkout. Sorry, pipes cannot be shipped to North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, or Pensylvania.

Wholesale Ordering

You may order wholesale with no minimum quantity. Substitutions may be made without notice due to insufficient inventory. Average time for wholesale order delivery is 3-4 weeks.

We can set up an account for you with your information on file, so you can conveniently email us or call in your order. We can also offer COD and rush delivery.

Money Orders and Checks

We accept money orders and personal checks by mail!

To pay by check or money order when ordering online, please use credit card number 0000000000000000 (16 zeros) and notify us when you have sent or mailed your payment to us. Please be sure to make a note at checkout that paypal, money order or check is being used for payment.

Order by Mail, Mailing Payments, and Ordering by Phone/ email

To order by mail, or mail a payment you will need to inquire an address to sent to. Please contact us at jennifer@smokinscents.com for this information. You may also call in your order by inquiring about a telephone number.

If you would like to order by mail and would like to use a check or money order, please print the order form below and provide the following information

1. Your first and last name
2. Your complete shipping address
3. Your email address
4. Your phone number

Please make sure that you list your items, quantity of each, price, and description (size/style/color/fragrance, etc).
